COVID-19 AFFECTS ON SHIPPING:
Please allow additional time to receive your packages. Little House is not responsible for packages arriving late due to the pandemic effect on the postal system. Contact the specific mail carrier associated with your order for tracking updates.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Little House of Macrame ships 2 days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, except for major holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin being processed on Tuesday. Please add 1-2 days for processing time from when your order is placed to when it is shipped. 

Orders over $150 receive FREE Shipping. If you’d like to expedite your order, you’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping and be charged at checkout for the shipping selection you make.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. Littler House of Macrame uses Canada Post for all Domestic shipments. All orders that qualify for free shipping within Canada will be shipped with the most economical carrier based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

LOCAL EDMONTON PICK UP:
Little House of Macrame is thrilled to offer local curbside pick up in the northeast of the city of Edmonton.

Due to Covid-19. Please respond to the email “Your Order Is Ready For Pick Up"  to arrange the date and time of your order pickup. 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Little House of Macrame is happy to offer to ship worldwide! Shipping costs are based on your location and the weight of your order.  You will be responsible for any duties associated with your order.

Please allow 7-21 days for your order to arrive. Duties and customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser.  

 Note: All orders placed after 12 apm MSTst will go out the following shipping day.

Little House of Macrame makes sure to ship every item in the most economical way possible.  Macrame rope shipping becomes expensive because of the weight of the items. Little House selects the most cost-effective option when packing up your order and don’t charge you a cent extra for shipping. Orders $150 and above receive free shipping within Canada!
